Good Korean in Aberdeen

As unlikely as it sounds, I came across a terriffic little Korean restaurant in Aberdeen.

Chong's Korean Resturant and Carryout
410 273 5925

Aberdeen is about 45 minutes NE of Baltimore - along 95.

I got off the highway hoping to find something better then fastfood. Not far from the exit was a run down and quite depressing looking mall (the anchor store was a GoodWill).

In the far back corner of the mall was this Korean place.

The resturant is a hole in the wall, harsh floresant lights, a couple of wobbly tables set next to a soda machine, some cheap trinkets for sale on the walls and counter around you. Don't let the setting stop you. the food is delisious and satisfying.

I had the Chop Chay and the Pork Bulgogi - both were worth going back for. Dishes come with 2 types of kim chee.

It is amazing where little ethnic places open up. If you happen to be in Hartford County, pay them a visit.
