Good, fresh seafood in Rockville/Bethesda area?

I am a Los Angeles Chowhound coming to visit family for two weeks for the holidays. My dad usually suggests we eat out a couple times, and while he has good taste in food, the last time we ended up eating mediocre to bad Chinese food at a restaurant he happened to have a coupon for.

So I would like to suggest a place or two in advance.
I would really love to have some decent Atlantic seafood (read crabs, especially, but regular especially fresh fish, lobster, clams, etc). Ethnic is fine, but I'd like to avoid Asian and Mexican since what we have in LA is simply better. I also avoid Italian restaurants unless they are superb. A medium price is fine ($20-$30 per person with tax and tip)

If it is interesting, here are a few of my memories from growing up in DC:

Lousiana Express (Bethesda)
Vignola (Rockville)
Tako Grill (Bethesda)
Crisfield's (Gaithersburg, if I remember right)
Sutton Place Gourmet (North Bethesda)

Those and crab houses by the sea shore during the summer. It's been forever...

Thanks in advance.
