Any good old-fashioned French restaurants left in NY?

I'm a San Francisco hound and am coming for a brief business trip to NY this week. Many years ago I used to live in NY and still miss those old-fashioned French restaurants in midtown Manhattan (in the 40s and 50s and 7th Avenue or so). Au Tunnel is a name that comes to mind, for example. Are they still around? Do any still serve stuff like brains or tete de veau?
