I just wanted to spread the word about a bakery I recently discovered while going thru Cincinnati, Ohio. It's called GTC Bakehouse. I have never had such amazingly good bread. Hard crust, chewy and flavorful insides. Traditional artisan bread that takes two days to complete. It's a small place with a knowledgeable and friendly staff that answered all of my 500 questions. I would recommend their baguettes and epitards. Actually I'd reccommend all of it. The sourdough tastes like a sourdough you'd get out in the bay area, and the salted rye was out of this world.

anyway, I travel thru the area often and am so excited to have found such a gem. If anyone is familiar with Zingerman's bakehouse in Michigan, this bread is definately on par, if not better.
