Thank you so much for all the input in my last post (re: "dumb question about Galatoire's"). I believe you've convinced me to forgo Thursday dinner and go all in with Friday lunch. What are your top tips for securing a table? I know that we need to get there early, but just how early? I've read 9am for, maybe, a 1 or 2pm seating. Does that sound right?
If we get there at 9am, will we have to stand in line (or be on-premises at the bar) until we're seated? Or, can we leave our name and go grab some beignets for breakfast in the interim?
Anything else I should know??
