Hey all, if anyone is going to Gingergrass today, be sure to check out their special appetizer. It is a steamed tofu dumpling. While it sounds simple, it is fantastic. It is a very light rice paper wrapper stuffed with tiny pieces of minced tofu, Japanese eggplant (I think), bean sprouts, and other goodies. A little spicy, but nicely matched with the vegan nuoc cham sauce. Highly recommended!
