I have twice now tried to make the potato bread recipe from "Gluten Free On A Shoestring." Both times, the bread has had one giant air bubble right under the top crust, and the rest of the bread was a gummy mess at the bottom of the loaf. The loaf looked great from the outside.
I don't know what I am doing wrong or how to fix this. I followed the recipe super-closely this time in case the first failure was my fault, but it happened again.
