Still trying to find a good authentic German Restaurant in Nj or Ny area. It seems like all the old standards are gone, or they have healthified the cuisine. German is rich, heavy food, I want a place that still serves this way. Have been to several Manhattan "beer gardens" where drinking is the priority not the food. Even The Little Kraut in Red Bank, NJ is no more, they reinvented themselvesand their menu, was just there, it was gross.
