Saturday night was my 23 visit to Galileo since 1995.( I move here from Sicily then)
What a great italin meal.The only and I repeat the only Italian restaurant using only the best ingredients, no grana padano but only parmigiano reggiano 3 years old serve there.And the only Italian restaurant with italians, cooking the food, that is the difference.The prices are worhted for the real thing!And in the last 3 years Roberto spend all is time in it. Cooking at Il Laboratorio and teaching to the cooks.Any of you knows that what you eat in Galileo is the same you will eat in Italy today? Is the real thing.Then read the menu this mounth and see the new dishes on the other italin restaurant in few mounths, so that tells you something no?
