A couple years ago I splurged on a Swissmar raclette with the optional hot stone. It's been a good party investment and I've done both the traditional recipe as well as some variants.
I've cooked terriyaki strips on the stone, shrimp and little zuchini. Sausages of course.
Any suggestions for interesting and inventive raclette recipes, especially things that will appeal to a group ranging from the adventurous to the picky and provincial?
