I'll preface this by saying, none of us are foodies or serious 'hounds. Great atmosphere, not-too-spendy fare and decent food are what we're shooting for.
I'm hosting a goodbye party/girls night out for myself and four friends. I like the fun, casual feeling of C&O Trattoria in Marina del Rey/Venice but want to try something new. An interesting LA place that maybe has good people-watching would be a good spin. We'll be going on an evening mid-week, and we want to be able to have a leisurely dinner where we don't have to be really hush-hush and where we're not rushed through our meal.
Location: Westside, Hollywood, LA
Affordable to us would be a place that has nearly an entire menu with entrees under the $20 mark. (Entrees only. Drinks and appetizers would be above and beyond.)
Anything come to mind? If I haven't been specific enough, let me know...I'll try to give a better description. Thanks in advance!
