Forget about meats and grains for this discussion. Are you more of a fruit person or a vegetable person? That is: do you lean toward fruit or vegetable consumption when compared to others?
I lean toward vegetables. Vegetables constitute a good portion of my meal. Meanwhile, I may or may not have a fruit everyday. So compared to people who I know, I am more of a vegetable person.
P.S.: For the sake of this discussion, let's classify fruits and vegetables by the culinary definition, not the botanical definition. E.g.: you can count tomatoes, eggplants, bell peppers ... as vegetables.
