Ok but in all seriousness.. I just picked up a 5lb bag of frozen cubed goat meat, probably an inch and a half on each side. Seems like a lot of places have their frozen meat this way, cut while already frozen on a bandsaw like this. This place was also selling beef, lamb and mutton like that too.
So I guess any goat stew recipe will do? Anybody have any experience buying meat like this? Any tips, directions, and recipes would be nice.
