OK, about 4-6 weeks ago, I froze a block of gouda, a block of smoked gouda, and a block of "Old English Beer Cheese" because they were all expiring and I didn't know what to do with them.
I have never frozen cheese before. Is this something I can thaw and it taste alright - or - can I cook with these blocks of cheese? I believe one is close to 1 pound and the other two are roughly 1/2 pound each.
If there are recipes I can use with this, I'd love any and all feedback!
