New fresh pasta & cheese shop opens in West Barnstable!?!

Yes, it's true. Finally fresh daily pasta has come to Cape Cod and it's right in my neighborhood! Stopped by today. The store is small and sparse. Nice homemade rustic Italian Bread. Picked up a half loaf for $3. The woman who owns it makes her own pasta and cheese. Burrata and Mozz is here specialty. I also bought some stuffed rolled pasta, stuffed with her homemade ricotta and herbs. Expensive at $16. Most unstuffed pastas look to be about $6 per pound which seems reasonable to me. The burrata comes in different flavors and sells between $7-$9. She says she was slammed over the holidays and hopes to offer pasta making classes by Spring. Only open Fri, Sat, and Sundays. Located behing the Old Barnstable Store on Rte 149. She said she'll make anything if you call a day ahead. Unfortunately there's no phone listed in her web site.
