Just got back from Le Cordon Bleu in Paris, and am trying to find good places to procure good ingredients to cook stuff at home. In particular, I'm looking for a good fish market (with whole fish) and a good butcher. Any suggestions?

Also, I'm having a hard time finding veal bones (to make veal stock). I'd also accept buying premade veal stock (assuming that it's decent quality) to make sauces, etc. with.
