Fresh Direct Service?

Hounds.

I was scheduled to have a Fresh Direct delivery today. Clearly, I would like to cancel this if possible. I have yet to receive my confirmation e-mail, and when I called FD, there was a message saying they are closed due to unexpected circumstances. I am "assuming" that my order will not be delivered, and I will not be charged. Can anyone confirm this?

Also, curious as to what you hounds think about this service and if you use it? I've become a fan as the prices are great and have found the basics of high quality.
