Fresh Cream Chocolates

Is there a local chocolatier that makes "cremes fraiches" chocolates - the kind that need to be eaten within days after purchase (ala Wittamer, or other shops in Belgium). Plenty of places use "fresh cream" in their chocolates, but I've yet to find real "fresh cream"-filled confections anywhere around.
