I've tried it everywhere... If it's on the menu, I order it. High class....dive....doesn't matter...
First of all, I don't have to worry about my blood pressure so the saltier the better! I also do not like when they use vidalia onions.. Too sweet for me.
Topped with gorgonzola cheese is a favorite (not a traditional way for most restaurants). For some reason, I've found the best to be in 24-hour diners...
