French dip sandwich in the Triangle?

A couple weeks ago I got my braces off, and the first thing I wanted to eat was a caramel apple. Check. Next was a French dip sandwich, with good crusty bread that I could have never bitten through with braces on my teeth. Can't check this one off yet... I've been to two places and had two different French dip sandwiches, both of which they told me were served on French baguettes, but both of which were served on some kind of soft, white, pre-packaged, sub-sandwich-type bread. Does no one know what a baguette is?! Elongated white bread does not equal French baguette!

Anyway, rant over, and let's get to the point: Where can I get a great French dip sandwich in the Triangle that is served on a genuine baguette (as genuine as you can get outside of France, of course :-))? I want some good, crusty bread. I live in Carrboro, but I'm willing to travel to Raleigh for such a thing if necessary. Thanks!
