I am trying to get a leg-up on Thanksgiving, and since there is so much to prepare, and so little time, I was wondering if I can make the stuffed mushrooms(stuffed with sauteed onions, mushroooms stems,bread crumbs and parmesan cheese) in advance, and freeze them?
I live in a NYC apartment, and the challenge is not only seating 16 (or perhaps18) people around the table, but preparing and placing all the food in my small kitchen!!!
Thanks for thoughts on freezing the mushrooms.
