This is a shot in the dark, but--
Back home in St. Louis I used to get these kibbis that were shaped like footballs. The outside is a mixture of bulghar wheat and finely ground meat. Seasoned ground meat is in the inside.
The only place I've ever seen them is at St. Raymond's Maronite Catholic Church in St. Louis, where the ladies of the parish put on a Lebanese buffet every Wednesday.
Does anyone know if these treats are available anywhere within a day's drive of NJ?
