mels' post about herbed focaccia reminded me: I was in Rome this summer, and in several places I had the most amazing focaccia which was not of the spongy variety but rather very thin and crispy, liberally sprinkled with salt and rosemary, and unbelievably delicious. Any ideas where I can find a similar bread in Manhattan?
