Piping hot red chili oil decked to the nines with chili peppers, szechuan peppercorns, scallions, chips of garlic, with luscious flounder fillet bobbling within. I had a side of seaweed with garlic (aromatic, heavenly, like eating al dente pasta), and some of their AMAZING shrimp dumplings, which were finely wrapped and bursting with juices.
Oh Hounds, I simply had to crow! EAT HERE!
