Went to a soft opening here last week. It's in the old Sawtelle Kitchen. I was very impressed. Great space. Very nice staff. The food is mostly a small plates concept. Everything was very good--chicken liver bruschetta, texas caviar with an egg, deviled eggs, and a terrific hanger steak with decadent potatoes that were worth every sinful bite. Nice wine selection, especially the small production pinot noir. (barhan-mendleson, i think) The staff said the menu and wine selection is expanding. Now open for dinner....lunch coming in a month or so. I think this is a great addition to the neighborhood. Can't wait to go back.
