Flor de Mayo-great Peruvian garlic chicken stew

On the advice of the board, we went to Flor de Mayo at 83 and Amersterdam. We got the special, the garlic chicken stew and it was wonderful- spicy but not incendiary. Rich but light. Extra salsa on the side to heat it up a bit. The ceviche was good but too spicy for me, I prefer Sipan. The seafood soup and cilantro beef stew were good but lacked depth.
