This was easily below par for Vegas restaurants. The staff was pretentious, the kitchen out of sync. Smoked to order ribs? Isn't that an oxymoron?Ribs are usually slow cooked and these were basted and steamed with some smoke flavoring.(ok steamed to order) Ceviche arrived tasting of nothing.... had to ask for lime and lemon to give it something. (Could have used some salt too).Tart flambe on the menu came as a flatbread pizza with no asparagus, no truffle and if there was bacon I did not find it. That's 3 of 5 ingredients that were listed in the description missing. Cocktails were spilled on the table (by staff) but no effort to clean it up. $15 for a basket of bread.... pecking duck with soggy skin.... Come on..... Chef likes to roll on his name, time to visit your restaurant Chef Heubert.
