Fish Stews? Provencal, Sicilian Bacala, Spanish, others

Craving a hearty, meaty, tomato-based fish stew with chunks of cod, perhaps seabass, maybe potato, etc -- saffron, a garlic crouton, Emmenthaler and rouille would be sublime.

Also, not impressed with Batali's versions... Any other recs?
