We've this old fire oven where there is no heat coming from the top as electric oven! ...
I see a lot of recipes where the meat is pan fried and transferred to oven to finish... for ex: when I tried this Korean Spiced Lamb Chops (http://www.ming.com/food-and-wine/rec...), I could never get the texture I saw in the video.. which made me think.. must be my oven... would this be the case?
Also, what are things I cannot make in this oven?
