Help fine tune a banquet menu at NBC Seafood Monterey Park

Hello Hounds,
I'm planning my birthday dinner for about dozen people. I've decided on Hong Kong style seafood. A buddy and I checked out a few of the most popular Chow-spots last night (Saturday). We visited Capital, Elite, Sea Harbor, 888 and NBC.
As of now, I'm leaning toward a private room at NBC. I've listed below the banquet menu that fits my budget. I'm looking for suggestions to improve the menu even if it costs a bit more. I'm not a fan of suckling pig, so I will ask to replace it with a prawn dish. Are there other preparations or other dishes that aren't included on this menu that you would suggest I add or swap for?

NBC banquet menu (for 10 persons):
Roasted Suckling Pig Platter
Pan Fried Scallops
House Special Fried Crab's Clamps [sic]
Stewed Sharks Fin with Crab meat
Sliced Abalone & Sea Cucumber with Oyster Sauce
Roasted Whole Peking Duck
Baked Lobster French Style
Steamed Live Fish
Special Fried Rice with Lotus Leaves
Desert

Thanks for your input!
