When I was in Czechoslovakia, I often had this side dish called "zeli", which I can only describe as a sweet cabbage.
It looks a lot like sauerkraut, but it's softer, darker and just a little bit sweet.
DOES ANYONE KNOW WHERE I CAN FIND IT -- either in a deli or a restaurant?
Are there any Czech, German or other Eastern European restaurants that might serve it?
