So a friend and I are going to do a big tamale making party this sunday. Her recipe Chicken tamales requires a lot of roasted green chilies. Especially since we plan on make a huge quantitiy of tamales. The last time we did this we roasted them over her tiny stove by hand. We can't do that again. It was way too much. Is there anywhere I can roast chiles or buy lots of roasted chiles in the South Bay or not too far. Thanks for any help.
