I'd like to make one of these for the holidays:
It's "ham" -- but not the U.S.-style cooked deli ham. This is a cut of pork that is on the bone, cured but not cooked. The gammon seems to be different than an aged Southern country ham, which is more like a prosciutto.
Any idea where I can get such a thing? It's highly possible, even likely, that I just don't know the name for the U.S. equivalent and it's available everywhere.
