Fiamma, lunch review

The mrs. and I had a delightful lunch this afternoon.
We started w/ the tuna carpaccio salad w/olives, capers, lemon oil, ect... it was tasty but i thought the olives overpowered the tuna. We shared the tagliolini, strips of pasta w/lobster, shrimp, zucchine and taragon. Delicious... Pasta cooked to perfection, tender lobster, delicate sauce, wow. For entree the wife had the branzino w/mussels, shrimp, cous cous... excellent. I had the salmon(cooked perfectly, crispy skin and rarish inside)w/ cauliflower, trumpets and truffles, excellent as well. Desert was a semifreddo, mascapone w/caramel and orange zest. Delicious. service was professional and friendly. highly recommend.
