My son is very much into Chinese while I am into Thai; however, he won the toss up and we ventured out. We spotted this small place and decided to try it.
To start with, the hostess/waitress was very rude from the second we walked in. She yelled at us as we stood waiting to be seated "YOU SIT THERE, in corner... today busy!" We said "ok" and sat down puzzled.... and asked for hot tea and water to start, and a menu... she rolled her eyes and said "NO TEA TODAY NO HOT WATER!” ... (yes, she screamed) then she stormed off into the kitchen and proceeded to scream at the people in the kitchen in Chinese and they of course screamed back.
We were just about to leave when a small child (the hostesses son) came up to us and said "Hello..." and then whacked me in the knee, when I said Please stop he then SPIT on me, and ran away.
We got up, and left... the hostess came chasing us outside demanding “YOU NOT PAY! YOU NOT PAY!" I said, “Lady we did not even ORDER, we asked for menus and never got them!” (she assumed we wanted the buffet they had sitting in the corner, which we rejected)
Stay as far as you can from this place, if I did not experience it for myself, I would have sworn it was a joke.
