Feedback on this foodie itinerary! 6 nights to enjoy....

Hello LV CHs! Thanks for your feedback to my original post- I've done some more reading on your board, and think I've got things figured out. Just wanting some feedback/thoughts..... This is my first trip to Vegas- and my hubby's first non-work trip to Vegas. We have 6 nights, and although I'd love to break the bank each night- can't afford to do that. We are also celebrating an anniversary- so want one meal that will be a little more special than the others.

1) Alex- this is our splurge/anniversary dinner. Not sure if I should opt for Taste of Wynn or do the regular $125/3course menu
2)Julian Serrano- thinking we'll do this the night we get in. Have some tapas, as it'll be late for a big meal
3) Tao- seems like a good mid-range meal option? Have friends who aren't necessarily foodies- but they enjoyed it
4) Raku- gotta do this one
5)Wing Lei- just saw the Peeking Duck tasting menu- and feel like this was designed for me. Haven't read much about it on this site though....
6) CUT- anyone know how they feel about us sharing a 16oz steak?! Cannot possibly eat that much on my own, nor could my husband. Not sure if this will be frowned upon.

Any thoughts on whether I should switch out one of these dinners for:
Mix or the Bar at Guy savoy

Lunch-
Haven't planned much. I like the look of Memphis Championship BBQ. Any thoughts/other recommendations for a inexpensive (Vegas standard) good meal?

For breakfasts I'm thinking:
Mon ami gabi
Bouchon
Not sure what else.

Can't wait! I'm salivating just thinking about the great food to be had!
Also- do I need reservations at all of the above places?

Thanks!!
