With the recent talk of the upcoming crab season, what's everyone's favorite way of cooking crab at home?
I typically choose 1 of 3 ways myself...
1)I usually go for dungeness crab, plain boil with a little salt and dip it with Lemon, pepper & salt.
2)Cajun seafood boil, with cajun style seasoning in a big pot, crab, shrimp, corn, onions, potatoes and garlic.
3)Wok stirfried with ginger, green onion and garlic and some other seasonings.
What do other folks do? would love to hear suggestions for my next crab craving.
