Favorite Bistros in Tokyo (southwest side)?

Does anyone have any recommendations for bistro-style French in SW Tokyo, i.e. Shibuya-ku, Meguro-ku, Setagaya-ku, Minato-ku areas? I've always liked Pot Bouille in Ebisu and I used to quite like Cou Cou in Meguro (sadly gone). Of course a decent bistro food-oriented wine list is a huge plus (this is my main gripe with Petit Tonneau -- too expensive for some really so-so wines). Izakaya Vin of course also is a big favorite in Shibuya for the food and wine, but I don't love the space itself and it's not really a bistro. I've met some interesting characters there though ( and by the way, the Cou Cou chef went here when Cou Cou closed).

Anyone have any good tips in this area?
