Hi, I'm planning a party and thinking of making about 15-20 lbs of smoked pork shoulder into pulled pork, with a "barbecue sauce bar." The idea is to do several types of homemade sauce and serve them up in lots of squeeze bottles so folks can sample and choose. If I'm feeling like a good sport, maybe I'll throw a few blocks of firm tofu into the smoker, too, so my vegetarian friends can play, too! :)
Would you be willing to share your favorite sauce recipes with me? I like all kinds - tomato-based, vinegar-based, mustard sauces, Asian sauces, etc... the more variety, the better!
