apologies to all who have replied earlier to this type of post- but i just culd not find one answering my query- even after multiple CHOW searches.
as a good wife i get up everyday to make breakfast for my husband :-P.
Looking for suggestions that he can do himself: make/reheat/assemble
presently doing egg recipes 2/week(can't do more for cholesterol reasons), shakes/smoothies oatmeal/cereal are out as 'no can do' dairy,
