This place on King Street in downtown Boone is putting out some seriously awesome flavors. Don't dismiss it because it is a pay-what-you-can nonprofit restaurant. Don't dismiss it because they serve cafeteria style. The food is gourmet quality, and the chef is extremely talented. The menu changes daily, which further attests to the chef's skill and creativity. Meat and produce are locally sourced and mostly organic. Veg options always available. Treat your taste buds and make a difference at the same time!
