Went to a Christmas party last night in a restaurant called Classic on Noble. The food was excellent. Someone told me there this was the old chef from Armand's in Birmimgham. My shrimp and grits were prepared perfectly, as was the house Classic salad before my main course. I was told my a number of regulars that their Sunday Brunch is great. Because of the high ceilings and openness of the place, it was quite loud. That, in my opinion is a small price to pay for food that was this well prepared.
