it seems like most people don't care about this bakery
on this board, but I keep posting about this place anyway ( this is the third time )...
the pumpkin cheesecake is seasonal stuff, so if you are interested, go ASAP.
the cake has really nice & rich flavor of fresh pumpkin, and also very well spiced.the texture is smooth & light, not dense & heavy type of cheesecake.
the sweetness is just right, it has just enough suger to bring up the essential flavor of pumpkin - I had the pumpkin cup cake at Suger sweet sunshine, and way too sweet cream cheese icing overpowerd the cake part which had very nice flavor of pumpkin, hope this was off day - .
the cake comes individual round shape size and costs $4. the portion is pretty big.
WARNING!! this bakery still don't get customers, so they don't sell their stuff quick. they usually make six cakes for one batch for one kind, and some of the cakes take 2 days to sell out.if the cake you want is the last one or two, it might be a day old. but their famous mousse cakes are sold much faster, it's always fresh.
DON'T FORGET to try the great Lychee mousse cake that I reviewed last month.
