I was enjoying dinner at Ramayani Westwood the other night. The proprietor/chefs Hertha & Jim Tan (God bless them, they've been toiling away there since the 1980s) seem just a bit more frail every time I visit Ramayani.
... which got me wondering: Are there any great eateries in Southern California I should try before they inevitably shutter?
Don't get me wrong: My latest meal at Ramayani was still excellent, as usual, but I just can't help but wonder how much longer the Tans can hold out before calling it quits?
