My husband just surprised me with a (long awaited) reservation at Eleven Madison Park!!! Tomorrow is the day! I'm leaning towards the Suckling Pig Tasting Menu (http://chowhound.chow.com/topics/617239), but I would also like to try the duck and the prawn/avocado dishes. Any suggestions for how to make this work? I cannot wait for tomorrow, especially after reading about EMP for so long on this board! Thanks is advance.
