Thumbing through the latest Williams-Sonoma catalog I came across this five-in-one cast iron pan from Emeril.
Supposedly it can be used for roasting, grilling, stove-top smoking, deep-frying, and broiling. I don't have any non-enameled cast iron and am interested in getting a skillet at a minimum, but thought that this might be more all-purpose. Does anyone own this pan or have you seen it in person? Thoughts?
