We ALMOST had dinner at El Rey de Chivito tonight. What the heck is is (besides Argentinean). What is a chivito? It seems to be some kinda sammy. I thought it was kid from the name (maybe), but I have no idea.
We did go to Campo Argentina down the street--bothplaces are around 75th and Collins. Campo was a fantistic deal. I had a lot of meat tonight including various entrails--their term and the best blood sausage I have ever had, really the only blood sausage I have ever liked.
But the chivito. I'm intrigued.
