A friend of mine told me about an Egyptian seafood
restaurant in Jersey City. It specialized in fish
grilled WHOLE, i.e. with the entrails. She raphsodized
about the moistness and deliciousness of fish prepared
this way. (You don't eat the guts, but apparently it
adds a lot to what you do eat.)
Unfortunately, she forgot the name and exact location.
Does this ring any bells with anybody?
