A handful of baby spinach, bok choy, arugula, kale, radicchio, red onions (raw), julienned carrots, peas, carrots, corn, some sliced roasted egg plant, grilled bell peppers and Vidalia onions, avocado, diced tomatoes, a handful of minced garlic and ginger ... and I'm good to go.
