This is rushing the season a bit, but here's a suggestion for flavorful, no-work corn on the cob. Buy corn with fresh husks that are still moist. Put up to 3 ears into the microwave, straight out of the bag. If doing 3, arrange in a triangle. Microwave on high from 5-9 minutes, depending on size/number of ears. Once the ears are cool enough to handle, but still hot, shuck them - the silks will come off effortlessly. The corn will be tender and moist, with an extra-fresh flavor imparted by the husks. Couldn't be easier, or tastier!
